Refund policy
Devolution
The deadline for returning products purchased at the online store is seven calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product, as determined by the consumer protection code. In cases of return, we may issue an exchange voucher to be used on our website, or return the amount paid by way of refund.
The deadline for exchanging products purchased at the online store is 30 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product. We exchange the product or issue a voucher to be used on the website or in our stores. After 30 days of purchase, it is unfortunately not possible to request a refund or exchange.
In order to make a return, the product must not have been used and must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds will be issued (when applicable):
* Any product that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
Refunds (when applicable)
Once the product for return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit to your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.
Refund late or not received (when applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be released.
Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before launching a refund.

Goods on offer (when applicable)
You can only request a refund for normal priced products. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a refund for the goods on offer.
Exchanges (when applicable)
If you need to exchange a product, send an email to cliente.luckyu@gmail.com and we will send you the exchange / return instructions.
If the product was marked as a gift during purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate with the same value as the purchase. You will receive a gift certificate when we receive the returned product.
If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift recipient sent the product to himself to deliver it in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift. That person will know that you requested the return.
Freight
To return the product, you must send it to: Rua Bacaetava 191 - cj 2005, CEP 04705-101, São Paulo - SP, Brazil.
You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We do not refund shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, return shipping times may vary.
If you are shipping a product, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you send back.
